"The 2012 Congress seems to have come around a lot quicker than most of us thought," says Eric Mendrysa of Emajes Design, who also shows in the novice amateur events with Zips Dandy Sensation. "The numbers look like they are way up this year, as the warm up pens and longeing lines have never been more packed or longer."

Mendrysa adds, "For the short amount of time that we've been here we've seen weather from cold and rainy to sunny and warm and everything in between. The competition appears to be very deep, and everyones horses look prepped and ready. I can't wait to get in the showpen!"
