Congratulations to Kristy and Jay Starnes of Summerton, South Carolina, on the birth of their first born, Logan Starnes! Baby boy Logan was born on January 11th at 6:45pm. Mom reports he weighed 7 lbs 2.3 oz. and measured in at 20 inches long.
