Louis J. Hufnagel 83, Fishers, IN, passed away September 4, 2010. He was born March 3, 1927 in Richmond, the son of Dr. Charles J. and Lucina (Kirst) Hufnagel. Louis was preceded in death by his brother Dr. Charles A. Hufnagel. He married Eva M. McCashland December 27, 1948 and they were happily married for 61 years. He is survived by his wife, Eva; five children, Louis (Ginger), Stephen (Sherry), Teresa Hogan (Jack), Michele Holanda (Scott), Jennifer Hunter (Brett); seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 710 N. A Street, Richmond from 2:00 to 3:00 followed by a mass on September 7, 2010. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions may be made to the Fred B. McCashland Endowed Scholarship Fund at Brebeuf Jesuit, 2801 W. 86th St., Indianapolis, IN 46268 or a charity of your choice.
