year old Appaloosa
stallion “My Little Secret”
is now owned 100% by a member of the Saudi
Royal
family. “Doug The Horse” was going to be
syndicated after the Appaloosa World Show. Days
prior to the World Show, Prince Waleed Khaled
Khalifa surprised everyone and bought all the
shares outright
making him the sole shareholder
and new owner.

Congratulations to Jay Starnes
and Won Lopin RV Machine,
winner of the Equine Sports
Medicine Two Year Old Western
Pleasure Challenge. Starnes
brought home a check for
$100,000 and this chestnut
gelding by A Good Machine is
the eighth horse to have won
this prestigious event. This
year is the 13th Anniversary
of the Reichert Celebration,
and this is Starnes' third
time in a row to win this
event.

hunt seat futurities this
season with owner Adria Smith
and open rider, Trisha Yamber.
Affectionately known as
"Allie”, this 2008 bay mare by
Allocate Your Assets out of
Polished Grace just won the
SIF Three Year-Old Hunter
Under Saddle and was Reserve
Champion in the Signature
Three Year-Old and Over Hunter
Under Saddle at the Reichert
Celebration.

The Green Pattern Class
debuted at the 2010 NSBA World
Show, but since it was a new
class last year, many people
were not aware it was even
available. After the NSBA
World Show concluded this past
weekend, many riders were
impressed with the potential
of the class and its growing
popularity. This year, the
class was won by Bruce Vickery
riding multiple Congress and
NSBA World Champion, RL A
Sudden Image.

Fashion won the $200,000 Three
Year Old Novice Horse Breeders
Western Pleasure Saturday
night at the Southern Belle
Invitation beating 25 other
horses. The winner, ridden by
Leckey, is by RL Best Of
Sudden and out of Ginnie Mae
Flash. We would also like to
congratulate the Medows family
of Cuba, Missouri for owning
this newly crowned
champion.

is held Tunica, Mississippi
from July 13-17. Year after
year, The
Southern Belle is
considered one of the top
futurity shows in the
country led by Connie Hill,
Mike Coggin and Chris
Cecil. The Southern
Belle is known for its great
