"I think this will be good for the horse market and mare owners because the broodmares in foal to Hugh and the foals will instantly be more valuable," Roth says.
Open for Suggestion is a gorgeous 2007 red roan stallion by Open Range and out of top producing mare, Fancy China. The owner and trainer, Shirley Roth, showed Hugh to a Top Five placing at the Congress Two Year-Old Master's Class and she is anxiously waiting for his first foals to hit the ground in January. Roth has an innovative breeding incentive for 2012 geared toward the mare owners and giving them a reason to continue breeding their mares.
